Recruitment Criteria

 

Operation are invited against the following post in the Project Coordination

Unit of a Development Project being executed by the Ministry of Federal

Education and Professional Training, Islamabad. These posts will be filled

Purely on a contract base as per the design pay package admissible for PSDP funded

Design staff.

Positions

 

Financial Management Associate:   CCA, BSc. (Hons) Accounting MBA ( Finance), Masters in Account/ Finance,orM.Com. 2 times' applicable experience in Financial Management/ Accounting Department of public or private sector of character. Experience of working in Foreign- backed Development systems in a similar part will be preferred.  Monitoring and Evaluation Associate: Maids( 16 times) Degree in Social lores, Economics, Humanities, Data Management, Statistics or related discipline with three times of applicable professional experience. Advanced chops in MS Office Applications. Knowledge of Database Management and/ or Statistical Software Packages( SPSS) will be considered as added advantage. Maids Masters( 16 times of Education) in Public Policy/ Administration, Business Administration, Dispatches, Mass Media, Project Management, Development Studies, Social and Management lores.    Program Associate: Knowledge of Database Management and/ or Statistical Software Packages( SPSS) will be considered as added advantage. Maids Masters( 16 times of Education) in Public Policy/ Administration, Business Administration, Dispatches, Mass Media, Project Management, Development Studies, Social and Management lores. Minim 2 times of applicable experience.   Procurement Associate: Knowledge of Database Management and/ or Statistical Software Packages( SPSS) will be considered as added advantage. Maids Masters( 16 times of Education) in Public Policy/ Administration, Business Administration, Dispatches, Mass Media, Project Management, Development Studies, Social and Management lores. Minim 2 times of applicable experience.  Intern/Trainee  Knowledge of Database Management and/ or Statistical Software Packages( SPSS) will be considered as aan dded advantage. Maids Masters( 16 times of Education) in Public Policy/ Administration, Business Administration, Dispatches, Mass Media, Project Management, Development Studies, Social and Management lores. Minim 2 times of applicable experience. Master’s Degree in operation lores( Preferable force Chain Management) minim 2 times of applicable experience. Fresh Graduates having Degree in IT/ Business Administration/ Public Administration/ Public Policy/ Finance/ Social Sciences/ Humanities from any HEC recognized reputed University.
