Eligibility
Criteria: |
The minimal education needed is Graduation rather in a
applicable field from an HEC honored
University or estimable foreign university. Preference will
be given to campaigners having Master's
Degree.
15 times of overall banking experience is needed with at
least 05 times of applicable experience at elderly
Level in Corporate Debt Recovery/ Collection. Preference
will be given to campaigners having proven
Track record of recovering large and wedged NPL Portfolios.

Main
Duties / Responsibilities: |
Achieve assigned recovery targets to contribute to the
Bank's fiscal performance.
Developing programs, procedures, and guidelines governing
collection exertion in an optimal manner.
Enforcing new strategies and action plans to ameliorate
collections and recovery performance.
Evaluate/ review recovery and collection performance and
cover largely tardy and aged
Accounts.
This position reports directly to the Group Head of Remedial
Asset Management.
This position is grounded in Head Office in Peshawar and a request-grounded
remuneration package will be offered.
