National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) is a
government- possessed not- for- Profit Company, established under Section 42 of
the Companies Act 2017. It provides entitlement backing for systems that
contribute to enhancing Pakistan's adaptability to climatic and other natural
hazards and to strengthen the government's capability to snappily respond to
disasters touched off by natural hazards.

Qualification Master's
degree in economics, finance or any other affiliated discipline.
Experience( i) At least 08
times of experience of working in disaster threat operation, with some position
of exposure to designing backing instruments to reduce the impacts of
disasters;( ii) At least 5 times of directorial experience, heading a platoon
with proven strong leadership and communication chops, and capability to
workcross-sector and leadinter-disciplinary brigades;( iii) Experience in
Insurance Industry will be an added advantage.
The Deputy Manager Social
Safeguard plays a critical part in icing that social safeguard measures are
effectively enforced in all systems by conducting comprehensive social
safeguards assessments, icing compliance as per ESMS guidelines. This includes
reviewing and vetting design proffers, conducting field visits to assess
affiliated impacts, and furnishing recommendations to alleviate adverse goods(
if any) on vulnerable groups. The Deputy Manager Social Safeguard also works
nearly with stakeholders to insure participation and discussion during design
perpetration.
Qualification Master's
degree in Social Science.
Experience Minimum of 8
times of experience in Social assessments for different systems with focus on
development of LARPS/ RPS/ IPPs.
The part of the
Administrative Adjunct( QAG fellow) is a vital collaboration that primarily
involves icing effective communication, collaboration, and executive support

Advanced Education Commission Verified/ Equivalent Qualifications Foreign good
campaigners must submit parity instrument( s) from Advanced Education
Commission. A named seeker shall be needed to submit HEC vindicated Degree( s)
before entering into employment, upon selection.

to produce all original documents at the time of interview.( vii) Only
shortlisted campaigners shall be called for test/ interview after complete
scrutiny of operations. For physical test/ Interview, a seeker must be
completely vaccinated against Covid- 19. No TA/ DA shall be permissible for
test/ interview. A face to face commerce nearly through audio/ videotape, may
be decided thus, aspirants are requested to insure that they've handed
streamlined contact details.
viii) NDRMF offers
competitive remuneration and benefits package. factual appointment payment will

through contract agreement.
The operations submitted by
a seeker will be at the threat and cost of the aspirant. Any information set up
bogus at any stage, during the induction or latterly in service, will affect in
termination of the candidature or employment thereof.

made subject to fulfilment of all codal /legal/ executive formalities. (xii)
