Serving as the Chief Spokesperson, the position of Head of Corporate Dispatches Department provides strategic guidance related to internal and external communication through print, digital and social media, icing that it's in line with the association’s vision, portrays a positive image of SSGC and dispatches are communicated constantly as per the dispatches strategy. The position is also responsible for covering announcements, media juggernauts, marketing collateral to insure the communication is being communicated effectively, reaching the target followership. Also manages and coordinates the Commercial Social Responsibility ( CSR) conditioning for the Company and transfigure commercial communication department into a profit center function.
| Core Of Duties |
1. Supervise the development, review and finalization of the communication policy for SSGC. insure the platoon is aligned and conditioning of the department are carried out consequently.
2. Develop working connections with crucial stakeholders including media to project a positive image of the association and for smooth functioning of the department. insure platoon is responsive to media/ nonsupervisory authorities and other stakeholders are handed timely and accurate information to avoid any negative hype for the association.
3. insure that any news related to the company on social media, digital or print media is participated with the elderly operation. authorize dispatches and make recommendations on how to approach situations i.e. communication to be communicated, platforms to be usedetc. and seek operation’s blessing if needed.
4. Examiner news, insure timely responses to media by approving responses prepared for media queries and news, as well as authorize disconfirmations, interpretations, press release. Guide platoon to unite with internal stakeholders to insure the association’s view is communicated effectively and directly on the applicable forums.
5. Anticipate how changes in the external and internal terrain may impact SSGC and proactively develop a plan for any issues that may arise to cover SSGC’s image.
6. share in press conferences with elderly operation, give input on speeches and dispatches to be communicated to insure that are in line with the association’s strategy and communicating crucial dispatches on behalf of the association, as needed.
7. Review and authorize content to be posted on the association’s social media runners( Facebook, Linked- in, Twitter, and YouTube), and insure timely and well drafted responses which will portray a positive image of the association.
8. Identify/ explore colorful profit generating avenues through innovative/ eschewal of box ideas and transfigure commercial communication department into a profit center function.
9. estimate proffers for Commercial Social Responsibility( CSR) enterprise presented by platoon. Assess the feasibility to invest in systems, assess its alignment with association’s vision, and companion platoon to assess impact on community. Shortlist applicable bones for consideration by elderly operation and give blessings as and when needed.
10. Review progress of CSR conditioning perpetration and companion platoon to modify strategy as and when needed to achieve the asked results.
11. Review media crusade plans, give input, and cover prosecution in collaboration with the applicable departments and media agency to insure maximum outreach. Examiner response and advice on changes if needed.
12. insure that SSGC is well represented in external events, right platforms are named for announcement/ communication of dispatches and openings for collaboration with other realities are explored to maintain and promote a favorable image of the company.
13. Finalize material designed including periodic reports, company newsletter, announcements, public action sect., give input to insure high quality and alignment with strategy. insure timely distribution and printing.
14. Manage department’s charges against the allocated budget and insure/ authorize affiliated payments in agreement with the budget.
15. Finalize the donation of data to be transferred to Government bodies including oil painting and Gas Regulatory Authority( OGRA), Ministry of Energy, Prime Minister Delivery Unit( PMDU) Standing Committee, National Assembly and other nonsupervisory authorities/. Attend meetings when demanded and communicate with these bodies for resolution of issues policy direction
16. Review and authorize programs and processes related to the Department to insure ethical, sustainable and effective programs that will help to achieve the Department’s pretensions.
17. insure that complaints entered through Pakistan Citizen Portal( PCP) are effectively and efficiently resolved. Address to separate SSGC departments to resolve similar complaints within a period of 40 days else it may lead to direct escalation to the Prime Minister’s office.
18. Misbehave with the information conditions entered from members of the National Assembly and Senate within a time duration of 24 to 48 hours of the damage of similar requests.
19. Coordinate and follow- up with the departments concerned in order to determine the compliance status on the queries and complaints entered from different government associations. insure the separate departments ’ response to queries, complaints and request for specific information in terms of absoluteness and delicacy before submission.
20. Communicate with the client facing departments including client Relations on the need to resolve complaints on a timely base and to the satisfaction of the guests so that these aren't escalated to other forums including Pakistan Citizen Portal ( PCP).
21. Administer complaints made by artificial and marketable consumers (including CNG) regarding connections, Gas structure Development Cell ( GIDC), and dispositions.
22. Transfigure Corporate Communication Department into profit center function.
23. To insure race planning by relating, developing and maintaining pool of successors for crucial positions within the division/ department.
24. Foster and encourage nonstop literacy and development culture and encourage nonstop education at all situations within the division/ department.
25. Carry out any other tasks assigned by the operation.

| Education & Experience Requirements |
MBA( Marketing/ Media operation) or Masters in Journalism/ Mass Communication from HEC honored institution with minimal 14 times of experience including 4 times in leadership part in media/ commercial communication function of estimable commercial or public sector association..
