General Manager (Admin/ HR / Estate): B.E /
B.Sc. from HEC recognized university.
• Minimum 6 years ' experience in General Management at any reputed
organization,
effectively managed 200-plus employees.
• 5 years’ experience as head of any organization/department.
• Master's degree or diploma in a related field will be an added advantage.
5 years of experience of civil work and infrastructure development.
• 7 years’ experience in keeping, maintenance, and refurbishment operations
of buildings.
Preferably close to sea. Experience in public relations and interactions
with government departments.
• Knowledge of the safety and security of buildings and
infrastructure.

Manager (Legal):• LLB or preferably LLM from a reputable
institution
recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) or foreign qualification
In Law also from a reputable
institution recognized by HEC.
• Minimum professional standing experience of 10 years as well as in a
Reputable law firm/company.
Having practiced and experienced in the
Company or law firm corporate law, and public procurement laws.
Tax laws, civil laws, and service matters. Experience in industrial relations,
Trade unions, trans province matters.
Preference will be given to candidates having a ) Knowledge of Shipping
Laws, admiralty jurisdiction,
Merchant Shipping Laws, MLC - 2006.
SOLAS, STCW, Law of the sea, Arbitration, legislation in shipping laws, ship
Arrest and sale/purchase. b) Experience in handling legal
matters of shipping
office, MMD, Ministry of Maritime Affairs.

Assistant Manager (Internal Audit): CA (Finalist)

3 years article ship
experience with reputable
audit firm and at least 2 years of experience
in
Internal Audit Department of a listed company.
OR
ACMA / ACCA.
• 5 years experience in Internal Audit Department
of a listed company.
Preference will be given to a candidate having
additional qualifications like CIA or CISA.
